Ask these ten questions
- What exactly will you do for me, in writing?
- What is your fee, and when is each part payable?
- What is included and excluded, including government and college fees?
- Do you guarantee admission? (If yes, walk away.)
- Which official notice supports each claim you make?
- Who will be my counsellor, and how do I reach them?
- What is your refund policy, and under what conditions?
- Will you ever pay or receive money on my behalf, and how is it recorded?
- How will you protect my documents and personal data?
- Whom do I contact if I am unhappy?
Red flags
- Guaranteed seats or "management quota" promises with no paperwork
- Pressure to pay immediately or to share your counselling login
- Rankings, cut-offs or fees quoted without an official source
- No written agreement or receipts
How we work
We provide counselling and support, not guarantees. Our service scope, fees and refund terms are shared in writing before you enrol, and your portal shows your progress at every step. If you have a complaint, our grievance contact is listed in the footer of every page.
