Padhaidekho.in
Admission counselling and consultancy. This website.

Padhaidekho.com
A different company with a different team and website.
Padhaidekho.in and Padhaidekho.com are separate companies
- Padhaidekho.in and Padhaidekho.com are two separate companies. They share only a brand name. They are owned and run by different teams, and neither company is a branch, agent, partner or representative of the other.
- Padhaidekho.in (this website) provides admission counselling and consultancy. Padhaidekho.com is a different company with its own website, services, accounts, payments, policies and staff.
- Your account, enquiry, documents and payments on one website are not shared with, visible to or covered by the other. A service, fee, promise, certificate or statement made by one company does not bind the other.
- If a problem arises, please treat the two companies separately: raise it with the company whose website or staff you dealt with, using that company's own contact and grievance details. Nothing on this website should be read as a statement about Padhaidekho.com, and nothing on that website as a statement about us.
Who we are
Padhaidekho.in is an admission counselling service. We are counsellors: we help students and parents get admissions with the help of our counselling expertise, from school (Junior KG) to PhD and across professional, management, engineering and medical courses. We are not a school, college or university. For privacy questions write to info@padhaidekho.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us (name, mobile number, email)
- Course, state, exam, level and college interests
- Academic details, documents and preferences you add to your student profile
- Records of calls, messages and appointments with our team
- The fields and courses you look at on this site (kept on your device, and in your profile if you are a registered student) so that we can show you what is relevant
- Technical data needed to keep the site secure (for example IP address in security logs)
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the service you choose
- To keep you informed about deadlines and next steps
- To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
Consent
- We ask for your consent before contacting you and record when you gave it.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use.
- If you are under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian gives or confirms consent.
Who can see your data
- Only the staff who need it to help you, based on their role
- Service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting and messaging), under confidentiality terms
- Authorities when required by law
- We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
- We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
- Retention periods for each type of record are set by the business and shown on request.
Your rights
- Ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal obligations
- Make a complaint to our grievance contact, and to the Data Protection Board of India where the law provides

- Documents are kept private and are never publicly linked
Sharing with the other Padhaidekho company
We do not share your personal data, documents or payment details with Padhaidekho.com, and we do not merge accounts between the two websites. If you use both, each company holds only what you gave it.
Sharing with institutions abroad and in India
- We pass your details or documents to a college, university, counselling authority or embassy only with your consent and only to apply on your behalf. Once passed on, that body's own privacy rules apply.
- For MBBS abroad this means your documents may be sent to a university in another country, where Indian data-protection rules may not apply.
Children
Many of our students are under 18. We collect their data only with a parent or guardian's consent and use it only for counselling and admission work.
Data breach
If a breach of personal data affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
