- Padhaidekho.in and Padhaidekho.com are two separate companies. They share only a brand name. They are owned and run by different teams, and neither company is a branch, agent, partner or representative of the other.
- Padhaidekho.in (this website) provides admission counselling and consultancy. Padhaidekho.com is a different company with its own website, services, accounts, payments, policies and staff.
- Your account, enquiry, documents and payments on one website are not shared with, visible to or covered by the other. A service, fee, promise, certificate or statement made by one company does not bind the other.
- If a problem arises, please treat the two companies separately: raise it with the company whose website or staff you dealt with, using that company's own contact and grievance details. - Padhaidekho.in is a counselling service. We help you get admission with the help of our counselling expertise, for school, college, professional courses and PhD, in India and for MBBS abroad.
- We are not a school, college or university, and admission is never issued by us: it is decided by the institution or the official counselling authority.
Our services
- We provide counselling, information and support for admissions. The scope, fee and duration of each paid service are set in a written agreement before you pay.
- We do not guarantee admission, allotment, scholarship, licensing or any other outcome. Decisions rest with the relevant authorities and institutions.
Information on this site
- We take care to keep information accurate, but rules, dates and eligibility change. The official notice always prevails.
- Content is general guidance and not legal, financial or medical advice.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and genuine documents
- Keep your login, OTP and counselling passwords private
- Meet deadlines set by authorities; we can remind you, but responsibility to act is yours
- Do not misuse the site or attempt to access other users' data
Payments
- Fees and refund terms are stated in your service agreement. Pay only through the channels named in it and keep the receipt.
- College, university, counselling and government fees are separate and should be paid to the authority directly unless you authorise otherwise in writing.

Indemnity
You are responsible for the accuracy and genuineness of the information and documents you give us. You agree to compensate us for loss caused by false information or forged documents supplied by you.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes in rules, notices or schedules by authorities and institutions.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms and your written service agreement are the whole agreement between you and us.

Who is responsible for deadlines?
You are. We may remind you as a courtesy, but acting on time remains with you and your family.
Does the portal acknowledgement replace this page?
No. When you register you acknowledge the same terms once. This page is where you can read them again at any time.
