Frequently asked questions
Which service should I start with?
If you are not sure, start with Admission counselling. In the first conversation a counsellor looks at your marks, rank, category, budget and goals and tells you which other services you need, if any. You pay only for what you choose, after you have the scope in writing.
Do I have to take all the services?
No. Each service has its own written scope. Some families only need help with documents, others only with choice filling. You can add a service later.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and has no obligation. Fees for any paid service are written down and shared before you enrol.
Can parents join the sessions?
Yes, and we encourage it. Admission is a family decision. There is also a separate Parent counselling session if parents want to understand the process, quotas and costs on their own.
Do you guarantee a seat?
No. Seats are allotted by the counselling authority or the college. We guide the process, check documents, plan your choices and keep you on track.
Where do I see how my case is going?
Once you register in the student portal you can see your documents, your applications and the stage each one has reached, and message your counsellor.
