Frequently asked questions
How long does the free consultation take?
It is a conversation, not a form. Most families take as long as they need to explain the situation and ask questions. A counsellor then tells you the next steps in writing.
What do I need to bring to the first meeting?
Your marksheets, the entrance exam scorecard if you have one, your category and domicile details, and a rough budget. If you do not have everything, come anyway.
When do I pay?
Only after you have the scope, the fee and the refund terms in writing and decide to enrol. College and authority fees are paid to them directly and are separate from our fee.
What is the student portal for?
It is your private space to complete your profile, keep documents in a locker, scan and convert papers on your phone, follow your applications stage by stage and message your counsellor.
Can my parents be involved?
Yes. We update parents at each stage and have a separate session for them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read our terms with you.
What if my round does not go as hoped?
We explain the next round or the alternatives, and help you decide calmly. If a plan does not work, we tell you honestly what is realistic.
